Spectrum 4 designs and builds exhibits and displays for real estate sales centers. We provide the following Services:

• Sales center layout design including office layout and traffic flow
• Electrical plan locating phone, fax, outlets and lighting
• Paint specifications, wall and floor coverings and trim specifications
• Critical path and unique selling points cabinetry including; site table, builder developer display, product displays, location map, impact logo, amenities and other special displays and exhibits including technology.
• All the graphics; site map, location map visual, product renderings and floor plans, amenity rendering, developer and builder graphics, dimensional impact logo, etc, We also provide technology in the form of touch-screen kiosks and corporate video presentations to be used in the sales center and as a piece for marketing.
• Delivery and Installation and on-site supervision.
